
Deliveries and returns
Please note that we can only accept orders in pounds sterling (£) and we can only deliver within the UK.
Our standard delivery rates do not apply to the Channel Islands. Please email us and we will be happy to discuss alternative delivery options with you.
Delivery charges
You can choose from two fixed delivery charges when you order a personal attack alarm from us. These rates include postage and packing:
£4.95 – Royal Mail Recorded (signed for) Delivery, includes packaging and handling costs.
£9.95 – Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery, includes packaging and handling costs.
Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ Delivery
We will send you a dispatch confirmation email when your order has been sent. You will need to sign for the order when it is delivered.
Next day delivery (also has to be signed for)
We will send out your order either by Parcelforce courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day. We will always tell you in your dispatch confirmation email which service we have used to send your order. You will have to sign for the delivery.
All orders received by 12pm will be dispatched to arrive the next day. This service is only available on working days: for example, orders received after 12pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.
Tracking your order
- If we dispatch your order by Parcelforce we will include the parcel tracking number in your confirmation email so you can check when your order will arrive using the Parcelforce website.
- If we dispatch your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day we will include the parcel tracking number in your confirmation email so you can check when your order will arrive using the Royal Mail website.
Delayed deliveries
Please note that in certain circumstances, e.g. a postal strike, a delivery may be delayed. We make every effort to make sure that your goods are delivered on time, but we cannot take responsibility for circumstances outside of our control that result in goods being delayed in transit.
Returns
If you want to return a product you must provide as much information.
Please include your name, address and order number and a reason why you want to return the item (for example if the wrong item was delivered, or an incorrect quantity, not what you expected, faulty, etc). You should also provide information on what you would like us to do. (for example, replace, repair or refund)

We strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar. Proof of posting will not be accepted if goods are lost in transit.
Money-back guarantee and refunds
Customers have a money back guarantee if they want to return goods within seven (7) working days from the day after the goods are received by the customer, as long as they are in a re-saleable condition and have not been removed from their original packaging.
If the goods are not faulty, the cost of the goods and outward delivery will be refunded, but not the return postage and relevant insurance. The goods remain under the Buyer's title until they are received by Redline Security. We strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar. Proof of posting will not be accepted if goods are lost in transit.
Faulty goods
All delivery costs will be refunded along with the price of the item.
